The Questionnaires feature lets you respond to any questionnaire document whether it’s a security questionnaire, a technical evaluation form, or any list of questions requiring written answers. Create a project and upload the document, then let Seev extract the questions, and answer them one by one or all at once using the Questionnaire agent and your Knowledge Base.
At the end, you export the completed questionnaire back in its original document format.
The Questionnaires feature has two views:
Tracking view A table listing all extracted questions with their answer, owner, reviewer, and status. This is where you track progress and manage responsibilities across the team.
Question editor Opens when you click the ✏️ Edit button on a question. Shows a markdown editor on the left for writing and editing the answer, and the Questionnaire agent chat on the right.
To get started, upload your questionnaire document from the project. Seev supports PDF, DOCX, and Excel formats. Seev automatically extracts all questions and populates the management table, ready for you to start answering.
