Overview

Proposals is where your RFP response comes to life. Once a proposal is created, Seev's Proposal agent guides you through the entire writing process: from generating a tailored Table of Contents to drafting each section using your Knowledge Base, RFx documents and your proposal writing skills.

Proposals are built inside a live Docx editor, meaning the output is always a ready-to-submit document. You can work solo or invite collaborators, assign sections, and track progress, all from one place.

Interface

A proposal workspace is divided into three panels:

1. Table of Contents (left) ****Lists all sections of your proposal. Each section has a status indicator so you can track what's been drafted, reviewed, or approved.
2. Text Editor (center) ****Where the actual proposal document lives. You can write and edit directly here, select text or let the Proposal agent generate content section by section.
3. Proposal Chat (right) ****Your AI writing assistant, context-aware and connected to your tools. This is where you direct the agent to write, rewrite, or research content for any section.
