Overview

Seev Knowledge centralizes all the files added by users within your organization. It allows you to manage, view, and find information in a single place. Seev uses these files to answer your questions, improve its writing, and understand your organizational context as needed.

Prioritize re-using files from the Knowledge base rather than re-uploading a file you’ve used before. This avoids file duplicates accumulating within Knowledge over time.

Interface

The Knowledge page is a card view of your files and collections (folders in Seev). You navigate from Files to Collections with a tab selector in the top right corner of the interface.

A search bar at the top allows your to search by keyword or apply different filters.


Files

Files are the foundation of your Knowledge Base. Every document you upload or attach anywhere in Seev is stored here. Supported formats are PDF, DOCX, Excel, and PNG.
